Terminate Membership

  1. Termination of a Monthly membership can be requested anytime. Annual memberships cannot be terminated till end of the season (typically end of summer in the month of August).
  2. Membership can be terminated from a particular month only if, the request is submitted latest by 20th calendar day of the preceding month. For e.g., For terminating membership from the month of Apr-2023, the request has to be submitted no later than 20-Mar-2023.
  3. It is not possible to refund the membership contributions incase of missing playing sessions till the time membership termination is effective.
