Notes:

1. This form is to be used only for Monthly Members. Annual memberships cannot be paused.
2. Membership can be paused from a particular month only if, the request is submitted latest by 20th calendar day of the preceding month. For e.g., For pausing membership for the month of Apr-2023, the request has to be submitted no later than 20-Mar-2023.
3. Memberships can be paused and resumed starting on/from 1st calendar day of the particular month. It is not possible to pause/resume a membership from middle of the month.
4. Once the period of “Pause” lapses, the membership resumes automatically. Hence, keep the resumption date noted.
