Elite Youth Talent Membership
- This form is only meant for talented Youth selected by EBA Coaching staff to enrol in the intensive Elite Youth Talent Development Program.
- Depending on age and skill-level, the Youth are assigned to one of the 3 Elite groups: Advanced, Intermediate or Beginner.
- If you are interested in knowing more about the “Elite Youth Talent” program, please contact us on info@sportnsocialize.com.
- In order to properly manage memberships, we require some degree of personal information. We will make sure we handle your data carefully and in accordance with the GDPR. The privacy statement can be viewed here.
- Review the Membership T&C as well as Membership Contributions below carefully, before submitting membership form.
